I've not seen any torii in as bad shape as these at Fushimi Inari Taisha. They have been neglected for quite a while it seems.

@Steve Rice: Thanks Steve, these old torii lead to a small shrine on the other side of Inari yama to Fushimi Inari. No tourists here as you have to climb to the top then go down the other side. The mountain seems to have quite a few such places.
