Beautiful colours! Whereas the red and yellow leaves can be found in any country, the inclusion of the typical roof/wall makes it immediately identifiable as Japanese :-)

A view to remember Stu...? Sometimes a view from a doorway or window, the fall of light in a corner can mean so much in later years. Lovely simple shot, I'm sure it would look good in b/w too. Have a great weekend.

Very, very nice, Stu. I love the colors and composition, and it is sharp through and through. I wonder how you might have composed it so that the leading roof line would not feel quite so heavy? Hmmmm...

@Barbara: Thx for the comment Barbara. Yes I was kind of stuck with the roof line. I wanted to get both the red leaves top-right and the golden leaves bottom-left. I thought I had found a good balance but perhaps it is a bit too heavy.
