I noticed after posting this that the duck in the background appeared to be moving like a speed boat. I think it must just have landed.

Wowwww Stu! What a capture - the duck on the water adds drama to the image! Like Steve, I too like the curve of the heron's wings - looks so graceful! This is something I would love to capture one day, a bird in flight.
