I agree, the greens are simply wonderful. It's funny about this brilliant photo: I know exactly where it is because I've tried to take a similar shot before. I "know" there is a shot here, but I never found it despite trying. But this is it! You found it, of course. The balance between geometric and natural shapes is wonderful.

@GJC: Thx GJC. Actually I wouldn't have found it if I hadn't been frequenting Yakumo's World. You're photography has been inspirational as I said before and I "see" shots now that I wouldn't have 6 months ago. Such is the beauty of Am3 eh!?

Stu, I don't want to ruin your party, but that isn't Kyoto. That's a tree. And there are other trees-possibly just like the one in the foreground-in the background. So, just to recap: 'I'm amazed at how green TREES are in Spring.'

@Sash: Ah.....but these trees are greener than other trees in other places I've seen. So perhaps I should've commented that I'm amazed how green Kyoto's trees are in Spring. ;-)
