After all the b&w, indoor shots I've posted lately I thought I'd do something with a hint of colour to liven up this blog. As Kyoto is beginning to exit Winter at last, my posts for the next few days will attempt to show that and will all have an obvious element of green.

Oh my, this is outstanding. The richness of the color and the subtle use of DOF really makes this a fine image.

Wow! This is stunning and your depth of field is perfect. I like that you can still make out the detail in the background.

Beautiful photo! I think its better with not completely out of focus background because it makes the photo more interesting!
