Very cool! What kind of filter did you use to get the burst on the street lights?

@Suze: Thx Suze! No filter here. I think it may be because of the smallish aperture setting I used for this one. It seems to cause these burst effects.....but then again, I could be totally wrong and it was just a fluke! ;-)

I think the effect you mentioned in your response to Suze is due to the long exposure. I've noticed the same happen whenever lights are present during 10+ seconds of exposure. Even if I'm way off the mark, the result is a wonderful addition to an already powerful composition. I'm particularly in awe of the brighter light under the shorter roof. :)

that's a really great night capture - the reflection on the tiles, the moon, the long exposure 'star' effect (which looks better than a filter effect anyway)... everything!

Wouaw ! That is a 5 STARS picture ! Perfect exposure, colors and contrast ! Funny that "star" effect on the direct lights, did you use a "Crossed screen" filter ?
