GJC from Kyoto, JapanWhat I like particularly is the stair-step of buildings leading down to the bottom left, which makes it a very visually interesting image. I can't decide if I would have cropped it at the post on the left or not. What do you think? 13 Mar 2008 9:40am @GJC: Thx GJC. I couldn't decide what to do with it either so just decided to leave it as shot and hope for the best. Sash from Adelaide, the city that never eeps, AustraliaThe restoran looks like the best place to be from what I see before me. You don't know how good you have it over there, Stu: it's been 35+ degrees for two weeks straight in Adelaide. It was 40 today and it'll be 40 again tomorrow. Send the duck weather henceforth! 13 Mar 2008 11:53am @Sash: Thx mate. Looks like winter is coming to an end here now. This was taken afew weeks ago and the last few days have been quite clement. Plum blossoms have started to bloom and not too long till the sakura. Thoudands of locals coming down with hayfever already. Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaExcellent. Love the out of focus buildings; they give this image an introspective staying-indoors-cause-it's-raining look. 13 Mar 2008 11:35pm amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaI really like the gritty city feel to this... as well, that step down of the buildings into the distance. Great one, Stu!! 14 Mar 2008 8:08pm Rita Garcia from Lisbon, PortugalThis is great urban photo. The tones and perspective are great! 14 Mar 2008 9:14pm treehouse from whale beach, AustraliaYeah love this shot. definitely a favourite. cheers. 27 Mar 2008 11:12pm |
