bronzebilly u.k. from Barry,Vale of Glamorgan, United Kingdomhey Stu--hellooo again pal--long time no see... 11 Oct 2007 10:56pm amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaThis image really speaks to me in b/w. I totally love it like this... without the distraction of colour it becomes an image of the inflexible and perfect to the flexible and chaotic. Excellent job of conversion... Love this!! 12 Oct 2007 2:02am Sashimi Bhoy from Adelaide, City of Churches and Cafes, AustraliaLike Amy I love the B&W version too, Stoo. The lighting seems more intimate, although it is also quite powerful in the previous shot, albeit in a more subtle way (subtle power was the trademark of the Gauls, especially Cacophonix). Not that there's anything wrong with it but personally I think the previous shot would also be good with a touch of selective colourisation, namely the flora in the central area of the background. This, however, is merely a thought process I'm sharing with you as I have a few spare moments before draping myself in cotton jim-jams and toddling off to slumberland for the night. Looking forward to some more posts from you, sensei. S 14 Oct 2007 11:07am amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaSTU!!! I miss ya!! Get those damn computers fixed and get posting!! Love it in B&W, I like the color too, would be kinda cool with a combination of the 2 with the selective color on the window... 14 Nov 2007 1:44pm |
