From looking at this image, I would've guessed that it was a one to two second exposure. But then I noticed the technical details and figured this was caused by the processing, to which I only have this to say: Mighty nice detailing, sensei.
Regarding the composition, I always found it a beeyatch to get the gorgeous raked pebbles and surrounding areas into a single frame. You've not only managed to do that (the reverse 'L' shape moving towards the central part of the bottom of the photo is sensational) but to give the content a stamp of your own creativity to make it a real work of art.
