4500 years old...and counting

Just got back from a really great trip to Scotland. Needless to say the camera was very busy so going to do a series starting today. These are afew of the standing stones on Machrie Moor, the Isle of Arran.

Beautiful photo to start your series. These are the colours I remember of Scotland. I'm going to Scotland in 2 weeks time, but only to see the Puffins on Farne Island. Can't wait for the rest of the series.

That's the type of sky I always imagine when I think of Scotland, not that I've ever been there. I'm looking forward to seeing some of those famous landscapes and waterscapes. I do hope that you've managed to capture a Kurgan or Highlander or two in the digital format. ;)

awesome pic....takes me back to my brief time in Scotland....We drove through the highlands to the Isle of Syke. It was mindblowing! Hope to go back someday.
