@Adiemus: Thanks Bronnie! I usually use the omni light as opposed to the spotlight though. Can never get the spotlight quite right somehow. Definitely need more practice!

The subtle highlighting works very well on this image as does your usual knack for this type of composition. The muted colours surrounding the fruit are also very effective. Excellent work Stu, it's always a pleasure stopping by your site.
