Alfredo J. Martiz J. from Tokyo, JapanGreat composition and DOF, the details are amazing, time is ticking! 1 Mar 2007 6:39am Bronnie from Christchurch, New ZealandTick, tock, tick, tock - not a bomb, no, no! Love this shot, all detail and fuzz. I feel all neglected and out of it, next time count me in!! I love the colours, too... 1 Mar 2007 8:08am Jason Kravitz from Brussels, Belgiumexcellent shot. I like how you focused on the gear over the clock face. Wonderful colors and detail and a good take on the work theme. 1 Mar 2007 10:19am Duncan Galbraith from kyoto, JapanHey man, this looks just lovely, the lighting is absolutely dreamy, it gives a cold metallic and rigid mechanism such warmth. Really inventive and well realised take on the theme mate. This is as I told you a few days back, one of your best shots for me, full stop. 1 Mar 2007 11:30am Craig Persel from Montreal, CanadaLove this one. Excellent idea and wonderful execution. The DOF works perfectly. 1 Mar 2007 11:42am Shuva Brata Deb from Hyderabad, IndiaWhat else can I say, very good Work. The blur is so catchy to my eyes. 1 Mar 2007 11:51am Manuela Photography from Hainburg (near Frankfurt/Main), GermanyAmazing details! 1 Mar 2007 11:59am Jen from Jessup, United StatesWonderful DOF! Time waits for no man! 1 Mar 2007 2:26pm Dawn Sutherland from Phoenix, United StatesMy father would have loved this shot, he was a clockmaker. 1 Mar 2007 6:22pm Abdullah from Esfahan, Iranamazing!... lot of thoughts come to my mind when I see this one! 1 Mar 2007 7:36pm jc from Irelandgreat shot, stu..the composition and execution of the idea are really excellent! 1 Mar 2007 9:15pm Michael Zhang from New York City, United StatesGreat short DOF, amazing closeup of watch parts! I also like the gold/yellow/rusty feeling overtone to it. 1 Mar 2007 9:34pm Chris Sullivan from Melbourne, AustraliaExcellent take on the subject mate! I like how peoples styles are showing through their pieces - here the composition is spot-on; the clock in the background reminds us what these gears are driving but you've flipped it and placed the emphasis on the gears, hence "clockwork"; fine work. The post-work is excellent as always, can't wait to see tomorrows! 1 Mar 2007 9:38pm Martine Lapointe from Québec, CanadaGreat one! I continue the Still's idea: The work of the time ... and of the man! 2 Mar 2007 12:25am Sidonie from Sydney, AustraliaAnd again - your skill in bringing the foreground sharp, with background blurred is here too - rich color pp. 2 Mar 2007 4:27am Maoya from Rolle, SwitzerlandHihi time can be your friend or your worst enemy with work.
