There it is again! The blurred image of a person in the background is the real focus of meaning - you have this skill in deflecting the attention away from the foreground person in focus to the other one. So it's no surprise it's title "Untitled" - it's the viewer's call, isn't it! I'd call it: "C'mon, son".
