Hmmm... I love the evocative "old Japan" feeling, but I have misgivings about the Koto/こと sign on the left. For me it detracts from the mood since it seems modern but has no clear purpose (an ad? a signpost?) I'd crop it, but that's just me. Anyway, carry on with the hokey-cokey.
