Hidden Falls

This waterfall is in a forest that lies right on the edge of Yamashina, Kyoto. Very peaceful place.

Man lets go skinny dippin in that!!! Looks fantastic. Great shot with the X mate. Nice to see you messin around with the shutter speed. Did you mean to focus on the leaves on the right?? You certainly managed to capture the serenity of this place.

Re the leaves colourblind: I just couldnt avoid getting them in shot, but the crispness of them kind of off-sets the blur of the waterfall. Another instance of beginner's luck me thinks!

The EOS sure is a nice camera, is it not? I got the N model a few months ago and love it.

You caught a beautiful shot of the waterfall here. It seems you used a long exposure, which really enhances the sense of movement of the water. Beautiful composition too--I like how you included the branches to the right.
